Our Values
We are highly experienced and trained professionals who tailor our training to each group we work with. Our training and workshops combine psychological and therapeutic approaches, with care, integrity and compassion.
Listening to children, young people and families is important to us. Pupil voice is central to our work and training.
Why use Imagine Inclusion’s Psychology Services?
We know that it is important for young people to be known and supported by the ‘village’ of people around them. The ‘village’ of people needs to care, understand, and be supportive in exploring and removing barriers. Compassion and love are empowering and make a significant difference in getting the right support to enable success.
The services that we offer at Imagine Inclusion would benefit those supporting children and young people with their wellbeing. We can support you to develop inclusive, supportive environments, where everyone can experience healthy and successful learning. Utilise Imagine Inclusion to develop your support for social, emotional and educational inclusion.
The Team

Marnie Aston
Founder & CEO
My commitment and dedication to serving children, young-people and adults who may have experienced disharmony in their life, is born out of my passion to authentically listen. Enabling people to feel understood, valued and cared about matters to me. My hope is that I can be supportive to others journeying on the river of life, by offering love, compassion and strength to imagine and grow positive, balanced and healthy life’s. Wellbeing, Inclusion and Creativity are approaches I use with authenticity to empower myself and others to navigate this wonderful world.

Ray Lock
Financial Director
I am responsible for all the accounting and administrative functions with over forty years’ experience in the fields in senior managerial and director roles. Having retired from the full-time workplace over five years ago to pursue sociable pursuits this position enables me to keep my hand in and enhance my skills. More importantly it allows the freedom to our wonderful team to deal solely with delivering to Children, Young People, Parents and Teachers without being bogged down with tasks taking them away from their key roles and passion.
