Who we are

We love to work in partnership and support the growth of ideas. The Staffordshire Virtual School Early Years Relational and Restorative Practice including attachment aware and trauma informed approaches for early years settings training is developed and delivered by Imagine inclusion Ltd.

Our Offer

In partnership with the Staffordshire virtual School Julie Thompson (Roper) has written. The Virtual School are very excited to share with you the launch of our new Relational and Restorative Practice Training. The training seeks to provide a framework of knowledge and understanding for Early Years Settings to include Nurseries, Playgroups & Childminders. Whilst the training offer will support our looked after children, it will be equally beneficial to previously looked after children and children with a social worker.

The training offer seeks to provide early years settings with greater confidence, strategies and resources that support our children best. The overarching aim is for settings to be able to promote and demonstrate best practice to support the emotional needs and development of our children.

When designing the program, we have tailored delivery, to be accessible in terms of time and timings. Most topics have a delivery time of 2.5hrs. The package of training will run for 12 months. Commencing in November 2023. There will be a variety of face to face and Teams delivery.

These training modules are available for early years settings, providers & practitioners known to or working with Staffordshire Virtual School

Please bring your own drinks and refreshments to in person training events.
